The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register and use sv388, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• sv388 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for additional account security, particularly for accounts holding significant PKR balances.
• Notify sv388 support immediately via WhatsApp or Telegram if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

sv388 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these registration or security provisions, pending investigation.

All financial transactions on sv388 — deposits and withdrawals alike — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sv388 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard are among the accepted payment methods.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit, unless you have formally updated your withdrawal destination through sv388's account verification process.
• sv388 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sv388 accepts no responsibility.

• sv388 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to their originating payment method if a verification requirement cannot be satisfied within the prescribed period.

sv388 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered Pakistani players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your sv388 account and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• sv388 specifies which game categories contribute toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements for each offer. Live Dealer table games and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• sv388 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or decline to award a bonus to any Player at its sole discretion, particularly where sv388 has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse.

• Money Laundering: Using sv388's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. sv388 cooperates fully with relevant Pakistani financial authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate sv388 transaction. sv388 will treat chargebacks as fraud and will pursue recovery through all available legal channels.
• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, personal information, or payment methods.
• Underage Access: Registering or accessing sv388 services as or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sv388's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total PKR deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• sv388 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• sv388 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment provider issues beyond sv388's direct control.
• sv388 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns without prior notice where operationally necessary.

sv388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most current version is stated at the top of this document and reflects the date of the most recent material update. Minor clarifications that do not substantively change Player rights or obligations may be made without specific notice.

Material changes — including but not limited to changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with the legal requirements applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. sv388 makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Player's failure to comply with local laws.
